Goodnight Accommodation

Important Information

-Accommodation is subject to availability on a first come, first serve basis.
-A refundable deposit of R200 will be added to your account for the room key. This amount will be paid
back to you within 7days after check out, should the key be returned. Should the key not be returned,
the R200.00 will be withheld by Goodnight Accommodation.
-Check in time is 11:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise confirmed in writing with reservationist prior to
check in.
-Check out time is strictly 09:00 on day of departure unless otherwise confirmed in writing with
reservationist prior to check in.
-Please leave the room tidy and clean after use. Out of respect for other guests, noise must be kept
down to a comfortable level.
-Please keep furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning
of your stay. In the event of any damage to furniture, fixtures or fittings, you may be held liable for the
replacement value or repair costs. This includes damage to the paintwork and flooring.
-The burning of any candles or lanterns, in the rooms will not be permitted.
-We operate a non-smoking policy for the rooms. You are welcome to smoke outside the rooms, as long
as you dispose your butts in the ashtrays provided.
-We reserve the right to eject guest(s) from the premises if they are not conducting themselves in an
appropriate and/or acceptable manner to the building and/or other residents or staff.
Payment:
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
-An additional R200.00 refundable deposit will be added to your account for the room key.
-The balance payment must be made 14 days prior to your check in date.
-Payments can be made via EFT, Cash or direct deposits.
