Important Information

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Bookings can only be confirmed if the Guesthouse receives a 50 % deposit on accommodation, or a travel agent voucher.
Upon receipt of the confirmation the guest retains final responsibility to ensure all relevant reservation details are correct, as the guesthouse cannot be liable for incorrect bookings at a later stage.
The full cost of accommodation is payable in advance or on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The guest retains personal liability for the bill until the employer, agent, or person that made the reservation on his or her behalf has settled the account. Cash, Card & Internet transfers are accepted.

Cancellation Terms
In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
Cancellation 0-14 days before date of arrival, or no-show: Visitor forfeits 100 % of deposit paid.
Cancellation 15 – 28 days before date of arrival: Visitor forfeits 75 % of deposit paid or 25 % of full quote value (whichever greater)
Cancellation 29 + days before date of arrival: Visitor forfeits 50 % of deposit paid or 25 % of full quote value (whichever greater)
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Golden Key Guesthouse will refund the applicable amount as determined by die cancellation terms of the establishment, within 5 working days.
Golden key Guesthouse levies a 5 % administration fee on any refunds processed.
