Important Information
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled arrival date, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in.
House Rules:
1. We do not accept any bookings starting on December 25th or January 1st.
2. Guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age. ID required at time of check-in.
3. Guest is required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement.
4. Housekeeping services are not available during your stay.
5. A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement.
6. All Guests must be respectful of their neighbors at all times.
7. Quiet Time is from 10:00PM to 8:00AM
