This is due to the general licensing of the premises. All of our rates are based on a per bed rate. Children 12 years & under stay free in a private room utilising existing bedding. Children, 13 years & older are priced at normal rate. Families staying with children under the age of 18 are to book & pay for a sole use private room or dormitory.
