The shared second and third bathrooms are fitted with showers and toilets, and for convenience, all linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, tea and coffee facilities and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. The living area offers an indoor braai area, ideal for cold winter nights, and a comfortable lounge area with a TV and Wi-Fi is available.

Gem of the Breede has a lovely deck with outdoor furniture and boasts an absolutely beautiful view overlooking the Breederiver. Parking and a communal swimming pool are available for guests to use.
