Reservation & Cancellation Policy
• (December and January and pass over) Forfeits 100% of Deposit paid
French Karoo will charge a 5% administration fee on any refunds processed.
Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R300 charge will be levied.
Your reservation is final after payment of a minimum deposit of 50%, the balance must be paid upon arrival of during your stay
• In event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking
• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• Check in from 14:00 – 20:00, Rooms that are not occupied by 20h00 will be seen as a NO-SHOW, unless prior arrangement has been made
