★★★★★ Staff were very efficient (a bit too efficient in that the morning we were leaving the towels disappeared before we had checked out!) Pool area is very weak especially when there are children there as they commandeer the heated pool which is small. Breakfast was extremely good. Finally the hotel were really good with transport into Franschhoek.
