Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Please inform Four Seasons Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note if you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Four Seasons Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card at check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in the motel after 22:00. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing beds. One further child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. All older children or adults are charged NZD 30 per person per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
