Important Information
TERMS &CONDITIONS ON CANCELLATIONS
1. Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 31 days prior to the agreed arrival date
forfeit 100% of the deposit.
2. Cancellations made 32 to 60 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit
or 50% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
3. Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 70% of the deposit
or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
4. All bookings will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, we will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation Terms.
