About Forest Hills Cottages
Forest Hills is the perfect place for couples, families and nature lovers to relax and unwind. We offer casual self-catering accommodation set in private indigenous gardens and lawns that lead to the natural forest . Paths from the gardens lead you to a short circular walk around the property through forest, fynbos, passed a dam and a large lookout deck on the edge of the forest. If you are lucky you may catch sight of the bushbuck, boar, caracal, monkeys and baboons that visit Forest Hills. The knysna lourie can often be seen with a flash of red as it swoops along the forest edge and at time
Forest Hills has walks, a dam to investigate, a slide at the pool side and a trampoline. Taaibos Cottage is a fun house with it's unique round rooms. Buffalo Bay and the National Forest are both 15minutes away.
Forest View is the perfect hideaway for couples wanting a private time in the country. The bedroom has a large wood burning fire place for cozy romantic nights and the viewing deck is perfect for sundowners.
We have done all we can to ensure a sanitized environment for our guests and all our cleaning staff have been trained in the hygiene methods required to curb the spread of Covid19 as set out by the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA).
