About Ferndale Lodge

There is a beautiful garden with an outside pool is unfenced. Guests with children to please exercise caution and to be around the kids at all time near the pool area.
Smokers to please use their patio as there are smoke detectors in the rooms. We provide you with heaters in all rooms for those cold winter nights. Our rooms all have en-suite facilities. We do welcome children as they are charged a rate.

Although the room was clean, the TV was not working it had lots of loose wires. I did report it but no help came.The people in the room next door partied very loudly till early hours of the morning, with music and loud noise. We asked them 3 times to be quiet, we were running a marathon the next day and needed to have a good night rest. Needless to say we got NO sleep. The remote for the gate did not work and because we had to leave the lodge early on Sunday morning it was a big problem for us.The overall impression that the lodge gives me is that good service is not a thing for themI will...
