The Luxury Swan Cottage is tucked away in the gardens and is a single-storey unit. Each apartment has 2 levels with a staircase and Bonheur contains a fireplace. These units boast backup solar power with an inverter, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Each has a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-plate gas stove and an open-plan living area with a TV for media entertainment.

The cottage has an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and is pet-friendly for well-behaved dogs. The apartments are not pet-friendly.
