Important Information
Payments must be paid directly into our bank account, (banking details below). Please ensure that the name and dates of stay is clearly marked when emailing your proof of payment.
All accommodation must be paid in full prior to arrival. In order to guarantee the said reservation payment must either be paid by credit card or by mean of an EFT. If payments on Eft bookings are not received within 2 hours from the time and date booked, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without any further communication.
Payment for reservations that are made on the day of arrival are not guaranteed unless the payment is cleared into our bank account, if these payments are affected in any other way then the reservation will be cancelled without any further communication.
Three-night promotion R6500 | SA Citizen bookings are non refundable nor exchangeable. Refundable bookings will incur a 5 percent handling and bank charges fee.
