Fairstreams is a small residential estate comprising six country-style houses, situated in the heart of Dullstroom. It is within easy walking distance from the two municipal fly-fishing dams and the Suikerboschkop Nature Reserve. Fairstream 1 is a self-catering unit sleeping up to nine guests. The two downstairs bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds respectively. The two upstairs loft bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and three single beds, and are a favourite with children. There are also two full bathrooms featuring a Victorian bath in the downstairs bathroom

The unit features a veranda along two sides of the house, as well as an outside braai area. There is also a carport and one open parking space for each unit. In addition, the Fairstreams estate is secured by palisade fencing and a remote-controlled security gate.The unit is serviced by cleaners upon departure only; daily cleaning can be arranged with an on-site cleaning lady, for guests' own account.
