We are within walking distance of the Camps Bay and the Clifton beaches as well as the ever-popular Camps Bay Strip with choice restaurants and shops. For convenience, within an 80-metre walk, you find the Camps Bay Continental Deli and Hussar Grill, a famous local steak restaurant. Table Mountain and Lions Head are 5 minutes away and the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range is the backdrop to the villa. The villa is located just far enough from summer activity on the beach, but near enough for a great view over the ocean from the privacy of your pool and patio. Alternatively, access the beach on foot to get a feeling of the local holiday crowd.
Along the short walk to the beach, you will find a hotel and shopping centre, which offer various spa treatments, right at the Camps Bay beachfront.
One of the most fascinating golf courses is right on Cape Town's own beach front, just 12 kms from the villa. It is the Cape Metropolitan Golf Course, right next to Cape Town's famous FIFA World Cup Stadium.
Camps Bay has a few active churches, any of which would possibly offer the service of marrying a couple. It would not be outside the realm of possibility to arrange a wedding planner to suggest a wedding venue.
This is an ideal retreat for a couple looking for privacy and the enjoyment of their company. However, there is ample space to work on your laptop or to connect to your business associates via skype. WIFI is available.
The villa is offered with one large bedroom and a king sized bed. The property would be an ideal retreat for a couple without children.

Important Information
Pets live on the property. Two Schnauzers - Wiz and Oz, and two parrots. They will be looked after by the live-in housekeeper. They do come in and out of the house.
Amenity limitations. Cape Town has water restrictions. Water needs to be used responsibly.
