Important Information
* No children allowed.
* No noise from 23h00 onwards.
* Please clean up any litter and put it in the bin provided.
* For braais/BBQ, this is a high-risk area for fires; please only use the braai facilities provided to you.
* No smoking in the cottages; please only use the designated areas.
* Private space within Esperon Farm, the main house and its surrounds (including the swimming pool and trampoline) is private to the owners; please respect the property.
* Please leave cottages in the state you found them.
* Essential electrical items continue to function (on battery backup) during load shedding. Other electrical items considered nonessential will not function; there is a gas heating backup for cooking.
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
