Important Information

This contract is concluded for one given duration. The tenant cannot thus require a right to the maintenance in the places at the end of stay, whatever the reason.

The reservation becomes effective as soon as the tenant forwards the down payment as well as the signed contract. It is up to the tenant to preserve a copy of the signed document. The hiring concluded between the signatories can in any case profit even partially with thirds, persons or entities, except written agreement of the owner. None respect of this clause could involve the immediate cancellation of the hiring to the wrongs of the tenant, the payments already carried out remaining sure with the owner then.

A deposit of 150 € per room is claimed with the tenant at the time of the reservation and will be refunded at the end of the stay after inventory of fixtures of the studio(s). This sum will be restored as of the proof made by the taker that:
1) No piece of furniture, object or linen absent, are degraded nor dirtied, or, if such is the case, its replacement or repairing by the identical one is agreed with the hirer out who accepted it; and
2) The places did not undergo any degradation.

The balance indicated in this contract is to be regulated at the beginning of the stay, during the handing over of the keys. The additional services are to be regulated before the departure.


The tenant must present himself on the specified day. In the event of late or differed arrival, it is up to the tenant to warn the owner.

An inventory is established jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of litigation concerning the inventory of fixtures. The state of cleanliness of the studio on arrival of the tenant will have to be noted in the inventory of fixtures. The cleaning of the buildings is included in the cost of the stay.

The tenant is responsible for all the damage occurring and in the event of damage, the owner reserves the right to retain the deposit of the tenant and to claim an extra cost depending on the extent of the damage.

This contract is drawn up for a precise capacity. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity of reception, the owner can refuse the additional people. No domestic animal is authorized in the studios. In the event of non respect of this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse the animals.

The tenants are responsible for their own safety. They will have to always make sure that no valuable article is accessible. As the tenants will have to make sure in the event of absence that all the doors and windows are correctly closed and that the alarm was connected. A strong trunk by the studio was placed at the disposal of the tenants. The tenant(s) will not be able to hold the owners responsible for any theft. The swimming pool is without monitoring, thus the tenants have to make sure that infants and children are under their own monitoring.

The deposit will be returned by credit bank transfer but the bank charges will be incurred by the tenant.
