Elm Tree House offers you a luxury stay in a 4 star graded holiday house. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and dining area and a lounge in the conservatory on the ground floor and a lounge-TV room and a huge playroom on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Elm Tree House has a large battery back-up system for the lights, TV and Wi-Fi system that will last for at least 6-10 hours during an electricity outage. The parking for 4 vehicles is located within the fenced property. The fence has a motorised gate that can be operated by providing a pin code to open en to close the gate.

In front of the conservatory there is a large outside terrace with seating place for 8 pax and a luxury Weber BBQ. Two of the cars that are parked inside the property can be parked underneath the carport.

Elm Tree House is located in the quite side of town, away from the sounds of traffic from the main route through the village. Shops and restaurants are on walking distance from the property. In town are roughly 12 different restaurants and a huge amount of attractions available, like hiking, fishing, golf, visit to the bird of prey centre, etc.

Elm Tree House is near the town centre and many shops and restaurants are nearby. 10km from a luxury golf centre and attractions like hiking, fishing, visit to the birds of prey centre, horse riding, quad biking, Boere War museum, etc. can be booked in the village.
