50% deposit is required to confirm this booking. Balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
100% deposit is payable for 1 night bookings.
Full settlement is required for to confirm bookings made within 7 days prior to arrival.
All bookings to be secured with credit card details.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the Elephant Walk Retreat
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival 100% of the total bill (unless booking can be re-sold)
Cancellations made 30 to 8 days prior to booking arrival :- 50% of the total bill.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to date:- 25% of the total bill.
Suites will be available from 2 o'clock on day of arrival. All guests to present valid Identity book or passport.
Suites must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Late checkouts will be charged @ R100 per hour after 13h00 should it effect the new arrivals for the unit in question.
Late checkouts must be pre-arranged with reception as new arrivals are expected at 13h00.
Early check in must be pre-arranged with reception. Late arrivals beyond 20h00 pre-arranged with reception.
Late arrivals will be charged @ R50 per hour after 22h00 and R100 per hour after midnight.
Guests visitors - all visitors must register at reception.
Guests and guests visitors attend this establishment at their own risk. The proprietor, its agents, and/or its employees,
shall not be liable for, and the guests hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not
limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the proprietor, whether arising from the
proprietors default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the proprietor
against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietor's default, negligence
or otherwise. Early check-out not in compliance with booking forfeit the TOTAL AMOUNT.
