The farm Elandsfontein has been in the family for six generations. Both our charming cottages are situated in the leafy gardens of the 140-year-old homestead, yet you can enjoy complete privacy. So, if you need peace and quiet to revitalise in true country style, surrounded by the activities, sounds and smells of a working farm, this is the right place for you!

We are conveniently close to wedding venues Die Boskapel and Waenhuiskraal, should you want to make a weekend of it.

Safari: Rietvlei Nature Reserve accommodates plains grazers such as zebra, eland, hartebeest, springbuck, blesbuck, black wildebeest, buffalo and rhinos. The wetlands and grasslands birdlife is abundant.

Family friendly: Spacious family cottage, large lawn for children to play and plenty of walks around the farm possible.

Romantic: Cozy couple cottage with beautiful private courtyard provides the perfect venue for a romantic getaway.

Covid Safety Approved: Each cottage has its own private space and interaction with other guests or staff is limited. Bookings are spaced a min of 3 days apart to allow thorough ventilation, cleaning and sanitation. Staff are equipped with protective masks and clothing.
