The apartments have ducted air-conditioning and the complex boasts back-up generators for when the power goes off. All units have a gas stove and hob, double door fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery and have Caesar Stone tops. It also has a water filter machine and tap. There is a dining room area and living area with flat screen TV and full DSTV. Free WIFI also available. We do service the units on selected days. There is a 24 hour security guard on the property and electric fence on the boundary walls with secure parking. The apartments are within walking distance to the closest beach, approximately 200meters.

There is a lovely tidal pool, ideal for snorkeling. Swimming beaches with lifeguards are approximately 1.6kilometers away. There is a restaurant below the apartments and hair salon. The Airport is 22kilometers from the complex.
