The apartment also has a kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Stove, Oven, kettle, toast, microwave and a fridge. A washing machine is available for guests' convenience. The lounge has 3 couches that can seat six people comfortably and a Smart-TV with DStv Open-view (if possible, please bring your own DSTV Decoder and SmartCard), Netflix, YouTube etc.. but you have to bring your own Wi-Fi . There are ceiling fans throughout the room.

The complex offers communal braai facilities and there is open parking for one vehicle behind the automatic gate.
There is trailer/boat parking, but this must be booked in advance and a daily levy will be charged,
