Important Information

* This property is privately owned.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entrance or service to anyone. Management cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury to guests, or loss of money, cell phones, jewellery, or any valuables of any kind.
* Management is not responsible for any items left in a room.
* All collected charges are not refunded.
* Check-out time: 10h00 am. Early check-ins will be required to pay a day rate before 14h00.

For guests' attention:
* I agree that my liability for this bill will not be waived and agree to be personally liable in the event that the indicated person or company has failed to pay for part, or the full amount of these charges (including any damages).
* I agree that if an attorney is retained to collect these charges, I will pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred.
* I agree that the sole purpose of renting this room is for my own residency only.
* Child sex tourism, sex soliciting, and drugs of any kind are not allowed on the hotel premises.
* No disturbing noise is allowed.
* All rooms are non-smoking rooms; a penalty of R250 will be charged for guests found smoking in the rooms.
* Room/stay-over extensions should be paid for before 10h00 am promptly; otherwise, the luggage will be placed in a storeroom for collection.
* Please leave the room key at reception at all times when leaving the premises.
