Important Information
The following House rules must be considered at all times during your stay:
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests
No pets allowed
Check-in after 3:00 PM
Checkout before 10:00 AM
No parties or events may be held in the apartment.
No smoking allowed anywhere inside the building
Braai (BBQ) areas on the rooftop must be booked in advance on the 18th floor by the Building Manager or at Reception
BBQ (Braai) should be cleaned after use.
Cycling racks is used at own risk, thus a secure cycling lock would be advised. Parking is limited to one bay only for motor vehicles or motorcycles.
No alcohol is to be consumed in the pool or gym area.
No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool area.
No swimming access is permitted after 22h00.
Children under the age of 12 are to be accompanied at all times.
Bathing apparel must be worn at all times in the pool and no nudity is allowed.
No parties are allowed in the pool area.
Do not cause a nuisance, disturbance or inconvenience to any other owner or occupier in the form of loud music radio or TV, especially after 10pm.
No children are allowed to play in the parking areas, stairwells and landings.
This is a None smoking building thus no smoking is allowed.
All garbage should be disposed of in a sealed plastic garbage bag , which can be disposed of in the garbage bin at the end of the passage on each floor, in the stairwell.
A dining table and breakfast counter is provided - please use this for dining purposes and refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
Guests are allowed visitors to a maximum of 3. Any overnight guest will need pre-approval at a charge.
Please ensure that you turn off all lights and air conditioners when not at the property, South Africa is undergoing a severe energy crisis, and we need to save our resources.
There are two cupboards in the main bedroom and in the kitchen that is locked with personal items. Please feel free to use any unlocked cupboards for your stay.
