Cancellation
- Cancellation must be confirmed in writing
- If a booking is cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, the full deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations from 31 days to 40 days forfeit 50% of the booking fee
- In the event of a no show, 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.
- Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked
and confirmed will be charged for.
- Refunds of any monies are at the discretion of management and are dependent
on the ability to re-let the room/s.

Please note for bookings falling in the lockdown period: No deposits will be refunded for cancellations. Funds will be credited to a future booking subject to availability.

★★★★★ Beautiful log cabins tucked away in the hillside. Friendly staff catering to our every need - even cooking vegan supper! The hikes around the place are wonderful, rock climbing, cave exploration and perhaps in summer a swim in the pools.
