The house is in a unique eco-estate in the Bosbokduin Private Nature Reserve in Still Bay West. We are perched on the dune with spectacular views within a short stroll to Skulpiesbaai Beach with its historical fish traps which have been declared a world heritage site.
The double-story house comprises 4 bedrooms and a large loft/ tv area with 3 single beds. 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and 1 with 3 single beds and have beautiful views of the fynbos or ocean. The main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom with the other bathrooms shared.
The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, a large Smeg gas stove with an electric oven, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and a chest freezer. A laundry is available for guests to use.
The lounge on the first floor is equipped with a TV with DSTV available on request at an additional R70 per day. The ground-floor living area has a cozy fireplace and dining area and enjoys a view of the ocean.
The newly completed large indoor braai/ family fun room adds a new dimension to this already well-equipped home.( No need to worry about the weather or wind to braai! If you say "ons gaan nou braai" ....you can!)
In addition, we have 2 outside braai areas, one sea-facing and the other tucked away out the prevailing wind for your convenience. There is an additional guest toilet off the braai room as well as a hot & cold outdoor shower.
A variety of books and games are available.
Just a short walk from the property, you will find the water's edge, and there are wonderful hiking trails for outdoor enthusiasts or benches where you can sit and spot dolphins and whales, for those feeling less energetic. The house is also located next to a nine-hole golf course, and just two kilometers from the centre of town.
As Bosbokduin is a nature reserve and tranquil environment, no loud music or parties are allowed at all.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
