- 50% Deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Full and final payment is to be made on or before the date of arrival and balance on arrival.
- Should the reservation be cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit.
- Should the reservation be cancelled within 8 days or more prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the deposit.
- No refunds or transfers will be considered for late arrivals or early departures.
- Additional guests will be charged our standard rates. Our bookings are per person and not per room.
