1. General:
* By making a booking, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
* The apartment is rented on a self-catering basis.
2. Booking & Payment
* Full payment (or as required by the booking platform) is due to confirm your reservation.
* Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
* Bookings are non-transferable without prior consent.
3. Cancellation Policy:
* Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy of the platform used (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
* Direct bookings: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days are charged/forfeited in full.
4. Check-in & Check-out:
* Check-in time: From 14h00.
* Check-out time: By 10h00.
* Early check-in/late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
5. Occupancy:
* Maximum occupancy: As per the number of guests booked.
* No unregistered guests or overnight visitors are permitted.
