Terms & Conditions
All rates quoted in South African rand and are per room per night.
Should the prevailing rate change or another tax levy be introduced during the duration of the contract, Duke and Duchess Boutique Hotel reserves the right to amend the quoted rates accordingly.
Check in time is from 16H00 – 19h00 and rooms should be vacated by 10H00 on date of departure.
Early arrivals, late departures and day use rooms should be confirmed prior to check-in, subject to availability.
In order to guarantee the reservation, one of the following must be provided:
Details of one of the following recognized credit cards: Master or Visa.
Deposit as follows: a 50% of total stay must be paid within seven (7) days after the booking has been made, 100% for Corporate Clients, Group bookings a full pre-payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Should the deposit not be received as requested, Duke and Duchess Boutique Hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking without any written or verbal notice. The hotel has the right to cancel the booking if the outstanding balance is not received on arrival.
