Important Information
*The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
*The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
Bookings and Payment:
* Deposit payment is to be made immediately upon booking.
* Outstanding balances must be paid one week (7 days) prior to arrival.
* Please use your Booking ID as the payment reference.
* The reference related to your reservation payment will reflect Paybridge Accommodation and not Duikersdrift.
* Bookings must be cancelled via email. If no cancellation notice is received, the booking will be considered a "no-show".
* "No-shows" will not be refunded.
* No refund is available for early departures.
* Postponement may be requested but is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
* Duikersdrift reserves the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
House Rules:
* Check-in is from 14h00 to 18h00. Late check-in by prior arrangement only.
* Check-out is from 07h00 to 10h00. Late check-out is subject to availability and by prior arrangement only.
* Do not leave fires or cigarettes unattended. Fires are to be extinguished with water before going to bed, and cigarettes are to be properly extinguished in the ashtrays provided.
* Do not place anything on top of the indoor fire place when in use, as it will melt or catch alight.
* No smoking is permitted in the cottages.
* We regret no pets are allowed.
* No litter, including cigarette butts, may be left anywhere on the farm.
* No loud noise or loud music is permitted.
* No day visitors are permitted.
* The use of open flame, such as candles, in the cottages is strictly prohibited.
* We reserve the right to invoice you for any damage or breakages which we consider to be deliberately or recklessly caused, missing items, and/or the cost of the cottage for any period in which the room is deemed unusable due to damage.
