Wedding Venues: We offer a beautiful, relaxed country style setting overlooking the magnificent Drakensberg Mountain. The stunning scenery provides the perfect background for your photographs. Our Retreat can cater for a maximum of 50 people.

Conference Venues: The Zonderntwyfel Barnhouse Hall (up to 25 max): Drakensberg Mountain Retreat has a perfect rustic venue hall for your gathering. In front of you is the amazing view of the Drakensberg Mountain.

Important Information

Drakensberg Mountain Retreat offers two separate establishments on the property which include: The Lodge- a catered experience which sleeps 26 guests in 10 rooms with a collection of queen and single beds; and The Barn House- a self-catering holiday home which can accommodate up to 25 guests in 5 en-suite rooms and 4 dormitory styled rooms all with single beds.

We are also a pet friendly establishment with ample outdoor space and closed-off conservatory gardens. Kindly advise how many pets will be accompanying you on your stay :)
