ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

BOOKING FEE AND REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
There is a R500.00 to R750.00 booking fee and R1000.00 refundable breakage deposit applicable on each booking to be paid with your final payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
* No booking is secured until the full deposit has been received. Bookings will be cancelled if below terms are not adhered to.
* For any 2 or 3 day bookings, deposit of 50% must be received within 48 hours from making the booking, balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival.
* For in season and long weekend bookings, a deposit of 50% to be received within 1 week from making the booking, and the balance needs to be paid 1 month prior to arrival.
* For all other out of season bookings, 50% needs to be paid within 1 week of making the booking and the balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
* Should payments not be received by the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking forthwith and all monies paid will be forfeited.
* Once full payment has been received, we shall then forward you a Final Confirmation advising you where the keys may be collected as well as other final details
* Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or change your booking if it is in conflict with other bookings or our booking policy.
OVERCROWDING
Overcrowding is not allowed, only the amount of people that the unit can occupy is allowed to occupy the unit, unless is was declared and arranged before arrival. Should it be found that you have more people in the unit, your refundable deposit will be forfeited and you could be evicted from the unit and no monies will be refunded. No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music or noise are allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding - in the unit as well as on the complex premises. (We need to respect the rights of owners, neighbours and body corporates).
Smoking inside the flat/house is not permitted a fine of R1000.00 will be imposed if any smell of smoke is detected in the unit.
