★★★★★ Taken to a self catering section of the establishment ( not the one pictured in the advert) very down trodden .Tobacco smell everywhere. In my room there were very small windows held back by burglar bars thus unable to open to ventilate.Struggled to make tea and iron as all the plugs were dead except the one for the TV

★★★★★ There was no record of the booking and the lodge was full, so they sent me off to the guest house. At the geust house the bar fridge was disconected with nothing in it.The WiFi was not working and when I phoned all 3 contact numbers there was no responce.I will definitely will not be using SafariNow again and will not be staying at Dolphin Dance Lodge again>Very disappointed!!
