Welcome to Dolphin Villa! We offer carefree holiday living for guests visiting Big Bay in Cape Town.

Our fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is a perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and private garden patio are great for family gatherings.

Soak up rays at the beach, enjoy local restaurants, get a massage, try out surfing or simply stay in for a braai (BBQ). No need to venture far off with resort style amenities at your doorstep.

The apartment is situated in sought after Seaside Village, everything you need is within walking distance of the beach and other great amenities. The following amenities are situated within the complex:

Seaside Village is equipped with a 24 hour manned security node and secure parking. Guest will check in and register prior to entry.

The apartment is located directly opposite Eden on the Bay (approx. 5 minute walk). Here you'll find additional restaurants and shops on the Big Bay beachfront. Popular spots are Mozambik Restaurant, Saints Burgers, Big Bay Waffle Company, SEAT, Osteria Italian, Seat Restaurant, Kapstadt Brauhuas, the Orient, Kauai, Meze Mode, Daily Café and a collection of boutique shops in a village setting. Those looking for a little more adventure can visit local surf or kite boarding shops for a lesson out on the bay.

Important Information

- Valid picture Passport or SA ID required to book. Please submit document upon booking. All Guests will be met in person to complete check-in process.

- No Check-in between 9pm and 8am without prior arrangements. No late checkout without prior arrangement. Access remotes deactivated thereafter and cleaners arrive promptly for next guest preparation. R200 per hour late checkout fee unless prior arrangements made.

- A 780 rand cleaning fee is applied per week. This includes a linen change, vacuum and light cleaning.

- No Smoking or Pets are allowed, doing so may result in loss of deposit. No events or parties other than registered overnight guests. Keep noise levels at or below that of the neighbours. Do not move furniture or place indoor furniture on the outdoor patio. Be cautious when closing class doors. No feet, food or drinks on the ottoman. Do not use white linens on floors or for unintended purposes.

- Lost keys or remotes incur R500 replacement cost. Damaged items will be charged to guest at replacement value.

- Place all rubbish in the appropriate receptacle. If full, large receiving bins are available at the parkade entrance. Kindly return all items to their original location prior to checkout for inventory count. Please wash all dishes prior to checkout.
