Besides being a very popular KwaZulu Natal South Coast fishing beach, Southport is conveniently situated in close proximity to many delightful restaurants, golf courses, bowling greens and shopping facilities.

Dolphin Place accommodates 16 people in seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. It has a central communal area with access to a north and a south wing. Each wing has three bedrooms. The main bedrooms have a shower en-suite and the other two bedrooms each share a full bathroom.

On the ground floor is a separate flatlet which accommodates four people in two open plan sleeping areas. There is a large shower en-suite with double vanity basins. There is a kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster and a lounge area with TV including full package DStv.

The top floor of the house’s central unit offers a 55m2 open-plan bar and lounge boasting a 77” flat screen TV, state of the art soundbar and full package DStv. The beach and sea views from this magnificent room are breathtaking.

The middle floor of this central unit includes the dining area which accommodates 16 and the fully fitted kitchen. There is an under counter washing machine and tumble dryer, stove with gas cooker top and electric oven, microwave and a large fridge with a freezer.

Large folding doors open up from the dining area onto a lovely under cover veranda overlooking the beach with stairs leading down to the ground floor and garden area.

The fully fenced garden offers a sparkling pool, braai area and outdoor shower. From here the garden gate opens directly onto the path leading to the beach only a few metres away.

Bedding, bath towels and beach towels as well as starter pack toiletries and milk, tea and coffee are supplied.
Dolphin Place is pet friendly with secure parking for our guests. The property has state of the art security systems including beams, cameras and alarms. Please note that this is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on the veranda. Regret, no loud music or noise as this is a residential area.
