The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a gas stove and oven, an antique wood burning stove and Cape Dutch baking oven; a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer. An iron is also provided and a private braai area is located next to the kitchen. Guests can enjoy their meals in the open-plan dining room or relax in the lounge.
Surrounded by tranquil mountain scenery, there are various walking routes suitable for young and old, and the area also provides 4x4 routes, sightseeing, game viewing and birdwatching.
