De Villa River Resort is a family friendly Resort situated along the river and a mere 4 km from the Loskop Dam. With many children’s facilities, the Resort is ideal for family vacations and sure to keep the children entertained. There are 8 well-equipped chalets providing a relaxed place to rest and unwind. Important Information
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OCCUPATION AT DE VILLA River RESORT
Since this is our firm intention to make your stay safe and pleasant, it is important to observe and adhere to the following conditions:
1.The Guest agrees and confirms that he/she will not allow more persons occupy the resort at any one time that are as set out on the reverse of your in book form. The guest furthermore acknowledges that he/she is aware that the Resort is a privately owned Lodge, and there for the Rules and Regulations of De Villa River Resort must be followed. Please see back of Terms and Conditions for Rules and Regulations (Copy of Rules and Regulations are available at our office as well), and the guest confirms that he shall abide by the rules set out in our Rules and Regulations.
2. No Cash will be accepted at reception. Card Facilities are available for payments. Only cash accepted will be that of out key deposit.
3.The Guest , by signing the Terms and Conditions form, warrants that he/she binds all persons represented by him or whom for he is responsible(his party) to these conditions of residence , and fail in such authority, agrees to be personally liable for all amounts arising from the residence of himself and his party at the resort.
4. The Guest and each of his party agree to pay all amounts due on agreed date.
5.The Guest hereby agrees on behalf of himself and the members of his party , on whose he warrants he has the authority to contract ,that it is a condition of his/their occupation of the Resort that the Resort shall not be held responsible for any injury to or death of any person or harm caused to them or the loss or destruction or damage to any property however caused, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) wilful or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the Resort.
6. My Party and I Agree that the Lodge cannot be held liable for power outages caused by Eskom.
7. Late departures beyond the stipulated time are unacceptable on De Villa River Resort.
8. Children remain the responsibility of the parents/guardian for the duration of their stay.
9. ENTER TO THESE PREMISES AND USE OF FACILITIES AT OWN RISK.
10. NO REFUNDS
11. QUOTE ONLY VALID FOR 24 HOURS
12. Chalets is self catering. No one will go in to make your bed or do your dishes.
