A deposit of 50% is required within two days to secure the booking.
Single room supplement of 50% is applicable. Special rates are available for extended stays. All units are fully-equipped and let out either on a self-catering or on a B&B basis. When let as self-catering, the units are fully serviced every third day, and when let on a B&B basis are serviced daily.
