Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Please familiarize yourself with the estate rules and regulations that you will find in a folder by the Teacups and Pot to ensure no fines are issued.

• Loud music and screaming are not permitted as this residential area has other residents.
• The consumption of alcohol in the parking/public areas is prohibited.
• Do NOT leave your Bin bags/trash on the staircases.
• Do NOT throw food or foreign objects down the kitchen sink or toilet.
• NO SMOKING VAPING or E-CIGARETTES is allowed in the unit.
• NO ANIMALS are allowed in the unit.
