Important Information
- De Linden Boutique Guest House reserves the right to cancel & refund accommodation for reasons beyond
our control and not due to our negligence.
- No pets allowed
- Minimum of 2 nights stay, Minimum stay of 3 nights during high season.
- Deposit policy:A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. A booking will only be confirmed once the
full deposit amount have been received by De Linden Boutique Guesthouse. The deposit is to be paid within
48hours of making the initial booking. Failing this will result in the provisional booking being cancelled. The
balance is payable by electronic fund transfer or credit/debit card on or prior to arrival. Upon paying his/her
deposit, the guest acknowledges his/her acceptance and understanding of the standard Terms & Conditions
of De Linden Boutique Guest House.
- No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance has been paid prior to or on arrival.
- No parties of any sort (Bachelor/ette, birthday etc.) are permitted at our facilities.
- No smoking is permitted in the rooms. In case of noncompliance, we reserve the right to charge an extra
night's stay for cleaning and airing the room. Burn damages to linen, carpets, etc. will carry a charge. We
have designated smoking areas outside.
- Guests are expected to look after keys responsibly. A charge will be made for lost keys. Guests must hand
in their keys at the Reception before departing.
- All cars are parked at owners risk.
- If we suffer damages to items belonging to the Guesthouse due to willful negligence or deliberate misuse
resulting in a replacement, cleaning, repair being carried out - we reserve the right to charge for all and any
costs incurred by charging the credit card given to secure the booking, without prior consent being required.
- Guests have access to the guesthouse at all times upon obtaining your keys. However, as a courtesy to
other guests, no disturbance or loud noise from 22h00.
- Safeguarding valuables is the guests' responsibility. Lock up safe is available.
- All guests consent to the jurisdiction of the Vredenburg Magistrates Court in the event of any litigation that
may result from this agreement. De Linden Boutique Guest House legal costs will be charged as attorney &
own client costs.
- Lost Property: Please note that items left behind by the guest must be collected or arrangements made for
delivery at guests' own cost within one month of departure. Thereafter all goods will be donated to a worthy
cause at the discretion of De Linden Boutique Guest House, as we do not have the storage facilities for
keeping goods indefinitely.
