Terms and Conditions of Booking:
Bookings will only be guaranteed once full payment of the deposit amount due as stated above has been received.
Reservations will be cancelled if the deposit payment has not been received by the due date as stated above.
Reservations cancelled 6 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 7 - 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% cancellation fee.
The rates quoted exclude all extras. Extras must be settled prior to departure.
Pets are strictly forbidden.
Chalet Guests : A cash refundable key /breakage/cleaning deposit
Day visitors and extra vehicles will be charged R50 per vehicle per day.
Reception closes daily at 18H00 and guests arriving after 18H00 will obtain their unit key from security at the main gate.
