Additional rules
HOUSE RULES:
1 The premises must be vacated by 10 am latest on the day of departure; arrival between 2pm and 6pm. , unless previous alternative arrangements have been made. .
2 Please inform about all broken and/or lost items.
3 There are cutting boards provided in the kitchens. Do NOT cut directly on the kitchen tops.
4 Please clean the house before departing, wash up, dry and stow away all eating and cooking implements, leave surfaces and cupboards/drawers clean. Leave used beds unmade.
5 Take all garbage and perishables outside and drop the closed, bagged waste in the appropriate metal basket by the street. Do not leave any garbage in the house or just outside the door.
6 Move back any items of furniture, cushions, bedding, crockery etc. to where they belong and ensure all items taken outside are back inside the house as you leave. Mattresses do not belong outside, never!
7. Small Pets are not allowed as there is no proper fencing
8 The house may not be sublet nor used for any commercial purpose including media publications without previous written permission by the owner. The Soek-I-C is not to appear as photo background for any publications, neither in full nor parts of it, without prior written permission by the owners.
9 The house is let to max. 7 persons staying at any one time during your rental term.
10 No large groups of children or youths under the age of 25 will be admitted, this applies especially to students and matrics, neither with nor without supervision, if not previously specially arranged with the owner.
11 Any sporting equipment: surfboards, stand-up paddleboard, and kayaks, kites etc. that may be stored at the house are not for the automatic use by guests.
12. DO NOT feed the birds. Do not leave food lying around inside or outside the house and make sure the floors and all cupboards and surfaces are cleaned of perishables when you leave.
