Danielskraal Farm House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a restored farmhouse dating from 1836. The charming farmhouse offers an outdoor shower, shed doors leading to the garden, a spacious veranda ideal for outdoor entertaining and lazy summer afternoons under the fans.

The farm boasts sounds of nature, from mocking pigeons and owls, to turtles and rabbits. The farm also has friendly chickens and blooming roses. The house will keep you cool in the summer months and the fireplace will keep you warm in the winter months. There are no neighbors in sight and there is a swimming pool.

The house can sleep ten guests in four rooms. Two of the rooms each have a double bed, one room has a queen-size bed and the fourth room has two single beds and a bunk bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a private veranda overlooking the herb garden. There is an additional annex with a camp bed for an additional guest as well as a camp hut. There is a bathroom next to the Pink Room, a double room, with a bath overlooking the vineyards. The other double room, the White room, boasts a view over the pool and vineyards. This room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, as well as French doors leading to the garden.

The tastefully furnished house has living and dining areas and a kitchen equipped for self-catering. The dining room seats eight. The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg gas stove. Guests have access to braai facilities and secure parking.

Activities on the farm include mountain climbing, cycling, walking and jogging trails. Calitzdorp is 10 kilometers from the farm and offers many types of delights, from port and wine tasting, local ceramics, tasty coffee and home-baked pies at charming restaurants.
