• No smoking in the rooms are allowed, failure to comply will result in a R 1000 valet fine
• No food may be prepared in the rooms, with the exception of the Family Room (Breede)
• The swimming pool is used at own risks, minors must be accommodated at all times
• If the room is not vacated by 10h00, it will not be cleaned during multiple overnight stays
• Any brakeage will be for your account
• Deposit Policy - Stipulated deposit must be paid to secure bookings
• Extended Cancellation Policy - If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking amount
• Late Check Out – Available on request, fee will be agreed with host
