No check-ins will be done after 20:00. After 19:00 a late check-inn fee of R250 per half hour, or part thereof, applies. This is payable, in cash, upon arrival.

Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival = 0% of accommodation
Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to arrival = Banking charges may apply
Cancellation policy that applies to Peak and High Season which includes Easter Weekend:
Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival = 0% of accommodation
Cancellation 59 - 8 days or less prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation
