A 100% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours from the date when the booking is made in order to confirm the reservation. Failure to confirm the reservation will result in the cancellation of the booking. For all bank transfers, payment confirmation must be sent and a copy of the payment confirmation must be presented upon check-in.
If canceling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
