CVK Resort is a family business located on crater Lake Nyabikere, 21 km from Fort Portal and neighbouring Kibale National Park. Our bar serves wines, spirits, African beers and soft drinks, and if visitors are keen to cook their own meals, they may utilize the fully equipped kitchen available at the Summer Guest House.
The lush vegetation and forest around CVK create a serene view from the lake, and the National Park and snow-capped Mountains of the Moon are easily seen from the resort gardens. There are many varied tourist activities which include bird watching of up to 70 species, nature walks around the crater lakes, and tracking chimpanzees and 12 other primates in the National Park. Other activities include swimming, fishing and canoeing in the clear fresh water of CVK Nyabikere Lake.
