About Cuckooland Tented Lodge
Situated 30 minutes drive from Ruhija gorilla tracking centre, Cuckooland offers a wilderness experience with stunning views over the forest.
The accommodation comprises of four tented houses, which all feature beds, bathrooms, solar-heated hot water, and a table and chairs. There is excellent mainly home-grown food, sculpture and botanical gardens, and total peace and quiet.
Guests can enjoy regular sightings of chimps and five other primates, as well as prolific birdlife.
