The apartment is located within the 'Paardevlei Estate' which is a gated semi-secure 'mixed use' estate including residential homes and apartments.

The area is very peaceful and quiet at night. It is modern, spacious and comfortable with most items you'd need on hand to enjoy a short or long stay. It's your home away from home whether you're here for business or pleasure.

The apartment is a 20-minute drive on the N2 Freeway from the Cape Town International Airport.

Beach: Walking distance to the beach. Less than a 5 minute drive to the strand beach.

★★★★★ We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge, microwave, tv, etc. It's clean, quiet, secure, and well located in Somerset West - Paardevlei is also a lovely place to walk around with young kids.

There is a coffee shop downstairs and another within walking distance. Also some coffee, tea and sugar provided on arrival.
