Important Information
Upon receipt of the 50% deposit you’re booking will be confirmed. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Or on request if it is a last minute booking. Proof of payment and any correspondence must be e mailed. The pre-payment shall be refunded as outlined in the cancellation policy. A 50 % deposit is required within 7 days of the reservation to secure the reservation. Bookings during peak periods 3 days. Payments are to be made directly into the bank account as stipulated on the Quotation and Invoice. Should the pre-payment policy not be met, Crocodile Kruger reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
